It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of our Co-Founder and CTO, Dr. Larry A. Viterna.

 

Larry dedicated 18 years to Nautica Windpower, building upon his groundbreaking success in the industry at the onset of his 34-year career at NASA. His technical expertise endures to this day for the “Viterna Method” and for his acoustics work.

 

However, his legacy extends beyond engineering. In a rare combination of brilliance and humanity, he had a profound influence on the professionals and organizations he touched, many of whom have expressed deep gratitude for his impact on their lives.
